Security Officer Access Verification

Allied Universal -  - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to residents, guests, and/or vendors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a residential location.;
Monitor access points and verify resident, visitor, and/or vendor authorization to help support controlled entry and exit throughout the property.;
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and reporting unusual activity according to site procedures.;
Conduct regular and random patrols around the property and perimeter, as assigned, while remaining attentive to access control activity and community rules.;
Communicate with residents, property staff, and/or visitors regarding entry procedures, visitor logs, deliveries, and other access-related questions in a professional manner.
