Security Officer Access Gate

Allied Universal -  - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to residents, guests, vendors, and/or visitors by following site-specific access control procedures, community policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities;
Monitor entry and exit points, verify credentials and/or visitor authorization, and help to deter unauthorized access to the residential location;
Respond to incidents, resident concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and communicate with property contacts and/or first responders as needed;
Maintain accurate visitor, vehicle, and/or delivery records, report unusual activity, and support security-related documentation requirements for the location;
Conduct regular and random patrols around residential common areas, amenities, and perimeter access points, with working environments and conditions varying by location
