As the guardian of our property and guest safety, the Loss Prevention Officer plays a pivotal role in maintaining Marriott's reputation for hospitality excellence and secure accommodations. The successful candidate will be tasked with patrolling hotel premises, managing security protocols, and responding to incidents, ensuring all activities align with Marriott's high standards and legal regulations.
Responsibilities
- Patrol hotel property to ensure the safety of guests and staff and the security of hotel assets.
- Monitor surveillance systems, inspecting buildings, equipment, and access points.
- Respond promptly to incidents and emergencies, providing necessary assistance.
- Report safety hazards, security breaches and any other potential security issues.
- Conduct investigations into reported incidents and compile detailed reports as necessary.
- Collaborate with local law enforcement and emergency responders when needed.
- Provide support in crisis situations and participate in emergency response drills.
- Ensure compliance with all hotel security policies and procedures.
