A good overall knowledge of all trades:

Proper Equipment:
Not necessarily having every tool, but knowing what tools are needed for certain tasks.

Excellent Communication

Skills:

Ideal candidate will be able to communicate with Management, Office Personnel, Fellow Employees, Homeowners, Suppliers, Property Managers and Commercial Customers.
