NSC Staffing is seeking experienced Mid-Level Residential Electricians for a high-end residential project in Sarasota, FL. Pay: $20–$24/hr hours: 40 hours per week.

Mid-Level Residential Electrician – High-End Residential

Assist with the installation of electrical systems in custom homes and luxury residential properties. Install and terminate receptacles, switches, lighting fixtures, dimmers, ceiling fans, and other electrical devices. Run and secure NM cable, MC cable, and conduit as required. Assist with panel, subpanel, and breaker installations. Perform rough-in and trim-out work according to project schedules. Read and interpret residential blueprints, electrical drawings, and specifications.

Troubleshoot basic electrical issues and assist with repairs as needed. Ensure all work is completed in compliance with NEC requirements and local codes. Coordinate with lead electricians, project managers, and other trades on site. Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work area. Work independently on assigned tasks while following project standards and schedules.

Requirements:

• 3–5 years of residential electrical experience.
• Experience working on custom homes or high-end residential projects preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret residential blueprints and electrical plans.
• Knowledge of NEC requirements and residential electrical codes.
• Experience with rough-in, trim-out, lighting installation, and device installation.
• Must have basic electrical hand tools and PPE.
• Reliable transportation and strong attendance record.
