Job Title
The general building maintenance agent will carry out general building maintenance work. They can carry out first-level technical work.
Activities-Adjustment, installation and fixing of equipment specific to the field of activity
-Maintenance, prevention and troubleshooting of materials, tools, equipment, systems in its field of activity
-Installation of joinery elements
-Installation of partitions, coverings, wall protections
-Performance of preparatory work (cleaning, sanding, polishing)
-Performance of ancillary masonry work related to the roof (sills, chimney joints, etc.)
-Installation of installations in its field of activity, in relation with the users, suppliers
-Replacement of simple or insulating windows on all types of carpentry
-Monitoring the completion of work, solving problems specific to its field of activity
SkillsAnalyze and optimize stocks of products, materials, equipment, tools in its field of competence
Draw a plan or technical sketch related to its field of competence
Evaluate the appropriate mechanical resistance to the work carried out
Read and interpret technical plans, sketches related to its field of competence
Read and use a notice in its field of competence
Use materials, tools for troubleshooting, repair or maintenance related to its profession
Minimum Required Education Level- Level Level 3 Diplomas equivalent to CAP/BEP
Strong experience in the hospital environment would be appreciated.
Electrical qualifications must be up to date.
