Experienced Finish Caulker – Waterproofing

We are hiring experienced Finish Caulkers to join our Waterproofing team. This is not an entry-level position — previous finish caulking experience is required.

We are looking for skilled caulkers who take pride in producing clean, professional finished work.

• Perform professional finish caulking on commercial and residential projects
• Apply sealants around joints, windows, doors, expansion joints, penetrations, and other building components
• Remove and replace existing caulking and sealants as needed
• Properly prepare and clean surfaces before application
• Produce clean, consistent, finished caulk lines
• Follow project specifications and manufacturer requirements
• Maintain a clean and safe work area
• Follow all company and jobsite safety requirements

• Must have previous experience with finish caulking
• Experience with waterproofing and sealant applications preferred
• Ability to produce clean, professional-quality finished work
• Comfortable working on active construction sites
• Reliable transportation and dependable attendance
• Ability to work safely from ladders, lifts, and elevated areas as required
• Ability to work outdoors in Florida weather conditions
