Job Title
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, maintain, and troubleshoot firmware for embedded systems
- Serve as the interface between hardware components (sensors) and software systems
- Integrate and implement sensors within the broader system architecture
- Support system sustainment, enhancements, and performance improvements
- Collaborate cross-functionally with software, electrical, and mechanical engineering teams
- Work with technologies including STM
32 microcontrollers, CAN bus, and Raspberry Pi (in transition) - Operate as the primary firmware engineer on the team, driving ownership and accountability
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field
- 4–8 years of experience in firmware or embedded systems development
- U.S. work authorization required (U.S. Citizen, Green Card, or Permanent Resident)
- Willingness to travel for initial onboarding/training
