Tractor

Ecosouth Florida LLC seeks a Tractor operator to support our retail yard and warehouse operations. In this role, you'll safely operate tractors and related equipment to move, load, and stage merchandise and materials, ensuring efficient product flow and inventory placement. You'll complete daily safety checks, basic maintenance, and follow all OSHA and company guidelines. Working closely with store and warehouse teams, you'll help keep outdoor areas organized, assist with customer and staff loading needs, and contribute to a clean, safe, and customer-focused environment.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maneuver tractors and related equipment safely within retail yard and warehouse areas
• Load, move, and stage merchandise, pallets, and materials according to store procedures
• Perform basic daily equipment inspections, fueling, and minor preventative maintenance
• Follow all safety, traffic, and OSHA guidelines to protect staff, customers, and property
• Assist with receiving, stocking, and organizing outdoor and bulk inventory
• Communicate with supervisors and team members to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of yard, loading zones, and equipment areas
• Support customers and staff with safe material handling and occasional loading assistance
