Facilities Maintenance Engineer

Job Description

A validation and quality assurance provider is looking to hire a Facilities Maintenance Engineer for their Saratoga Springs, NY project siteto support a new construction build. Key experience should include Facilities Maintenance, Engineering, and GMP experience is a plus. This Long-term assignment will start mid-September.

Hourly rate $45.00.

Responsible for the generation, maintenance, or delegation of Asset Management deliverables, including:

• • Receipt verification records and discrepancy log
  • Completed and Engineering-verified Maximo asset records
  • Physically tagged equipment with reconciliation report
  • Work Plan Templates (WPTs)
  • Elastomer Replacement Checklists
  • Flexible Hose Replacement procedures and registers
  • LOTO procedures
  • Component records with spare parts associations
  • Embedded/attached documents linked to Maximo records
