Compass Group - - Responsibilities:
Maintain kitchen work areas, equipment, and utensils in clean, sanitary condition.;
Sweep and mop floors to meet safety and sanitation standards.;
Wash worktables, walls, refrigerators, meat blocks, and other food prep surfaces; manage trash.;
Transfer supplies and equipment between storage and work areas; distribute supplies and utensils as needed.;
Assist with banquet table and front-of-house setup; load/unload and deliver supplies.
