** Lead Soldering Repair Technician (Electro-Mechanical Repair Technician)
** to join their team. As a Lead Soldering Repair Technician, you will be part of the Production Department supporting the Electro-Mechanical assembly team. The ideal candidate will have exceptional technical precision, a strong commitment to quality, and a collaborative mindset, which will align successfully in the organization.

** Pay Range:**  $19.87 - $21.36 per hour (Union Scale)

** What's the Job?*
* + Perform high-precision repair and rework on complex circuit boards and electro-mechanical assemblies.

+ Utilize J-Standard soldering techniques to ensure all repairs meet strict military and industrial quality specifications.

+ Troubleshoot and identify defects in electronic components to determine the necessary repair path.

+ Collaborate with the production team to clear backlogs and ensure units move through the repair process efficiently.

+ Maintain detailed documentation of repairs and modifications to ensure full traceability for DoD contracts.

** What's Needed?*
* + Proven experience in circuit board repair and electro-mechanical troubleshooting.

+ Strong knowledge of and experience with  
** J-Standard soldering
** requirements.

+ U.S. Citizenship with the ability to meet eligibility requirements for access to export-controlled data.

+ A detail-oriented mindset with the ability to work within a structured union environment.
