Ensure the plant meets or exceeds sanitation requirements for machinery, equipment, and facilities;
Dismantling of piping and equipment for inspection and hand cleaning, then setting up for next day's production run;
Operation of automatic cleaning systems (CIP System) to clean and sanitize silos, vats, freezers, and production lines;
Preventative maintenance tasks including rebuilding pumps, valves, check valves, equipment rebuilds, and interior tank inspections;
Assist Quality Assurance team in sanitation checks through ATP swabbing and Environmental Monitoring
