Med Surg Registered Nurse - Night Shift

Saratoga, NY

This is a 13-week contract position.

Night Shift: 3x12-Hour (19:00 - 07:30)

The Med Surg Registered Nurse will provide high-quality care for patients in a medical-surgical unit. The nurse will be responsible for performing patient assessments, developing care plans, administering medications, and collaborating with the healthcare team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

• Administer medications and monitor patient conditions.
• Perform assessments and develop nursing care plans based on patient needs.
• Manage and care for patients with a variety of medical conditions.
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and maintain patient confidentiality.
• Collaborate with physicians and healthcare team members to provide patient-centered care.
• Participate in patient education and discharge planning.
• Float within the hospital as needed, based on skillset and management discretion.

• New York State RN License (required at time of submission).
• Minimum of 2 years acute hospital nursing experience.
• Prior travel nursing experience preferred.
• BLS and ACLS certifications are preferred.
