+ Will be assigned in any of our premium dining, reserved ticket restaurants, and hospitality spaces across the track such as Turf Terrace, Club Terrace, The Porch, Box Seats, Michelob Ultra Stretch, Miller Time Four Star Dave  Sports Bar, Mionetto Easy Goer, and Casamigos Spa Verandas.

** Additional Information** :
Union, seasonal role (approx. 7/3/26-9/7/26). Scheduling is event-based; subject to business need and seniority.

** Qualifications*
* + Ability to speak, read, and write in English.

+ Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

+ Ability to remain focused in a loud and busy environment.

+ Ability to stand and walk for prolonged periods, ranging 6-12 hours, during events or as required by operational demands.

+ Must be able to perform physical tasks, including walking, standing, ascending/descending stairs, as necessary.

+ Exposure to heat, steam, and cold temperatures within the kitchen environment.

+ Ability to lift, push, pull, and carry up to 50 lbs.

+ Ability to bend, stoop, and kneel as needed.

** Delivers food to restaurant/dining room patrons in a timely, professional, and efficient manner.  Premium Runners deliver food and beverages with accuracy, timing, and presentation standards that match a premium experience. This role connects the kitchen and the floor, ensuring plates land correctly, guests feel cared for, and service flow stays smooth.

* Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

*
* + Delivers food to restaurant/dining room patrons/customers promptly, accurately, and with correct placement and presentation.

+ Maintain strong menu knowledge and communicate allergens/modifications to the appropriate team members.

+ Track table numbers/sections and coordinate with servers to prioritize timing and pacing.

+ Keep the running station and service areas clean, organized, and properly stocked.

+ Support servers with guest needs (ex: water refills) when appropriate and directed.

+ Complete opening/closing duties including setup, breakdown, and cleaning tasks.

+ Follows principles of sanitation and safety in handling food and equipment. Follow all food safety, sanitation, and handling standards.

+ Interacts with customers in order to assure customer satisfaction.

+ Interacts with co-workers in order to assure compliance with company service standards.

+ Completes side work as assigned.

+ Performs other duties as assigned.
