City Vet is seeking a Client Service Specialist to join our vet-led clinics. You will be the first friendly face a client sees, handling check-ins, scheduling, and essential client communications with care and professionalism.
In this role you will support a busy lobby, coordinate appointments across grooming, clinic, walk-ins, and boarding, and help ensure a smooth daily workflow while upholding City Vet’s caring, pet-first culture.
