Purpose
Provide pre- and post- award research administration support for the Meadows Center for Preventing Educational Risk.
Responsibilities- Maintain and monitor budgets for research projects; work with Principal Investigators on amendments and progress reports.
- Arrange travel for staff, consultants, and participants, including hotel, flight, vehicle, and conference reservations.
- Process payments, contracts and purchasing for staff, consultants, and participants of The Meadows Center.
- Update and maintain administrative spreadsheets, Box, and paper files.
- Work with research staff to prepare proposals for submission to prospective sponsoring agencies and organizations in accordance with university and sponsoring agency guidelines and deadlines.
- Other related duties as assigned.
- Bachelor's degree and three years of relevant experience. Experience in pre- and post- award research administration in an institution of higher education.
- Relevant education and experience may be substituted as appropriate.
- CRA certification.
- Proficiency in UT internal systems: DEFINE, FRMS, UTRMS, etc.
$60,000 + depending on qualifications
