Maintenance II - Water

The City of Saratoga Springs currently has an opening for Maintenance II -- Water technicians; this is a full‑time position with approximately 40 hours per week. The employee is responsible for assisting in the ongoing operation and maintenance of culinary water and secondary water throughout the City, and functions as one of the City's principal "on‑call" employees for after‑hours emergencies in their area of responsibility and for snow plowing.

The Public Works Department will try to provide the successful applicant with opportunities to grow and progress within the department. Works under the specific direction of the Maintenance Supervisor – Water and the Assistant Public Works Director, and the general directions of Public Work Director. All employees are also under the general supervision of the City Manager.
