We’re looking for a strong, compassionate leader to join our elite team of Center Directors. If you love guiding people, building great teams, and creating joyful, high-quality learning environments for children, this might be your perfect next step.

As a Center Director, you’ll be the heart and leader of one of our childcare centers—overseeing daily operations, supporting your team, and ensuring every child and family has an exceptional experience. You’ll manage the center’s operations and administration under the guidance of a District Manager or the Director of Operations.

As Center Director, you’ll oversee the day-to-day magic of the center, including:

• Recruiting, hiring, training, and supporting an amazing team
• Providing ongoing coaching and professional development
• Managing daily operations—staff schedules, classroom quality, family relationships, and safety protocols
• Ensuring compliance with all state and regulatory agencies
• Overseeing the business side of the center, including accounting, marketing, and enrollment

• Meets Bureau of Child Care Licensing requirements (Degree, CDA, NAC, etc.)
• Professional, emotionally mature, and calm under pressure
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to coach and support with empathy and accountability
• Sound judgment and confidence in handling challenging situations
