Job Description

Bandlo Painting is looking for motivated and dependable skilled painters to join our growing commercial painting team in Utah. We are seeking individuals with at least 2 years of painting experience who are ready work hard and grow with a professional company.

The Commercial Painter will be responsible for delivering high-quality painting services across a variety of commercial projects including office buildings, retail spaces, industrial facilities, hospitals, educational facilities, government buildings, and airports. Working primarily within small teams of 2-5 people, this role requires precision, safety compliance, and effective communication with customers and team members. Occasional regional travel may be necessary, with clear opportunities for career progression within our painting teams.

Responsibilities

• Protect existing finishes using proper Masking/Taping techniques
• Prepare surfaces for painting, including cleaning, sanding and minor repairs
• Apply primer and paint using spray, brush, or roller techniques
• Match colors accurately to client specifications
• Maintain painting equipment and tools
• Follow safety regulations and compliance standards
• Clean work sites thoroughly after each workday
• Estimate material requirements for each project
• Communicate effectively with customers and team members
• Collaborate efficiently within small team settings

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years' experience in commercial painting
• Proficient with spray painting and brush/roller techniques
• Knowledge of surface repair methods
• Strong adherence to safety procedures
• Effective time management skills
• High attention to detail
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Willingness to learn and receive feedback
• Demonstrates accountability and reliability
