The Technical Program Manager, Software Integration, will lead the planning, execution, and delivery of software development projects across focus on tracking schedules, managing documentation, monitoring risk, and reporting progress across various software teams.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the aerospace industry and the development of flight software, ground software or RF Comms Software. They will ensure that program objectives are met through meticulous attention to detail in project execution and communication. This position will report to the Senior Director, Technical Program Management in our Saratoga, CA Office. They will manage software development projects across the organization.

They will work collaboratively closely with Software Team Leads, and Software Integration Engineers, and cross-functional stakeholders.

What you will do:
  • Drive planning, scheduling, and tracking for all software development activities (flight software, ground software, test harnesses, simulation tooling, etc.).
  • Manage program timelines, milestones, risk registers, and dependencies across multiple engineering groups.
  • Support the software integration & test lead by managing coordinating work streams, task prioritization, and cross-team communication.
  • Ensure test artifacts (procedures, test cases, results) remain organized, traceable, and aligned with requirements.
  • Track issues found in integration or system testing and coordinate resolution with responsible engineering teams.
  • Serve as the central point of communication connective tissue between software, RF systems, spacecraft avionics, mission operations, and hardware teams.
  • Facilitate clear communication and regularly update leadership on team status, risks, and blockers.
  • Implement lightweight but effective processes for tracking work, versioning, documentation, and verification.
  • Regularly update leadership on program status, risks, and blockers.
What you bring to this role:

Bonus points for the following:
  • Bachelor of Science degree in Physics, Aerospace Engineering, or a closely related discipline
  • Familiarity with ITAR and EAR regulations and compliance
  • Experience with planning and execution of Spacecraft Integration & Test procedures
