Assisted Living LVN

We are seeking dedicated and talented LVNs to join our collaborative team of caregivers, CNAs, and Medication Aides in our Assisted Living (85 Room) & Memory Care (15 Room) Facility. What You’ll Be Doing

You will provide person-centered, individualized, and clinically competent care to all residents—both temporary and permanent—ensuring that services meet their needs in accordance with federal, state, and local regulations, with support from the management team.

About You

We are looking for driven and compassionate clinicians to join our team with the goal of providing exceptional care to our residents. In addition, we seek candidates who possess:

• Active California LVN license
• Minimum of 1 year of professional nursing experience (preferred)
• Current and valid CPR certification

Schedules

• Full-Time Nurses: 5 days on, 2 days off (days off will depend on department needs)
• NOC (11:00 PM - 7:00 AM)

Wages

• LVN: $34.00 - $38.48 per hour, DOE
• Sign-On Bonus: $3,000 for Full-Time
