E-Space is seeking a VP, Mission Assurance & Quality to provide independent oversight ensuring safe, reliable spacecraft before launch. You will lead MA&Q authority, halt work when needed, and shield quality decisions from schedule pressure.
You will own FMEA/FMECA across phases, chair FRB, drive hazard analysis, NCR disposition and IPC/AS9100-like standards adherence, influencing program success and fleet reliability.
