E-Space in Saratoga, CA, seeks a VP, Mission Assurance & Quality to lead independent authority over all safety, quality, and reliability decisions for flight programs. You will halt lines or reviews when evidence demands it, ensuring zero unmitigated SPOFs at CDR and strict NCR governance.
You will define mission success, chair FRB, oversee safety analyses, and drive top-level assurance across design, build and test to support a robust constellation program.
