Work as a Time Entry Administrator at North American Construction Group’s Acheson Head Office, engaging in weekend-only shifts. Your primary role will focus on entering employee hours accurately and efficiently.
In this part-time administrative position, you will help manage essential payroll functions under the guidance of the Payroll Supervisor. Ideal candidates are those who are organized, detail-oriented, and ready to contribute to a team-oriented environment. You'll play a critical role in supporting payroll operations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Administer daily processing of Labour and Equipment hours
• Maintain supporting payroll documents and records
• Generate validation and exception reports for management
• Aid in distributing payroll materials to staff
• Assist with the processing of Record of Employment documents
Requirements:
• Minimum one year experience in a related role
• High School Diploma is required for this position
• High proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data entry
• Strong ability to meet tight deadlines while maintaining accuracy
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
