Make a difference at Goodwill in Sarnia as a full-time Retention Assistant. Enhance client engagement through effective front-desk operations and administrative support.
As part of Goodwill Industries, the Retention Assistant will facilitate client follow-ups, manage initial communications at the Career Centre, and assist with scheduling appointments. Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct client follow-up calls and record outcomes
• Answer phones and greet clients effectively
• Schedule appointments and gather client information
• Collaborate with team on forms and file processing

Requirements:
• Candidates must be aged 15-30 at employment start
• Must hold Canadian citizenship or permanent residency
• Previous office administration experience preferred
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Basic computer skills and willingness to complete background check
