Your role will underpin project and operational document management at our client’s organization. You will be tasked with maintaining document control standards and supporting various shutdown initiatives. Key responsibilities include managing document cleanup, conducting audits, and facilitating document transfers across multiple platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
• Support project documentation activities and compliance fixes
• Manage vendor documentation cleanup in Smart Plant Foundation
• Conduct audits of hardcopy records and storage
• Extract and upload datasheets into SPF efficiently
• Assist with project closeout and final documentation uploads
Requirements:
• Minimum Grade 12 education with 4–5 years related experience
• 5+ years in engineering records or document control
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Preferred experience with Smart Plant Foundation
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
