Goodwill Industries is looking for a Full-Time Administrative Assistant in Sarnia, ON, for a six-month maternity leave contract.
Your role will emphasize data entry and customer service support.
As an Administrative Assistant, you will help deliver exceptional service by managing client interactions and maintaining accurate data entry in our systems. Additionally, you'll contribute to ensuring that office supplies are well-organized and assist in preparing for annual Ministry audits. Being detail-oriented and an excellent communicator will be key to your success.
Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver customer service in line with Goodwill’s standards
• Accurately document client interactions and case notes
• Organize office supply distribution and storage
• Aid in audit preparation and compliance
• Promote health and safety for yourself and the team
Requirements:
• Minimum 1 year of prior administrative experience
• Competency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Strong detail orientation and organizational skills
• Excellent written and interpersonal communications
• OSSD and relevant coursework advantageous
Support administrative functions and enhance customer satisfaction within Goodwill Industries in Sarnia.
