OCWA is hiring for an Administrative Assistant to support various regional activities. This position requires hands-on knowledge of office administration and excellent communication skills. Responsibilities include managing correspondence, maintaining databases, coordinating purchasing, and providing payroll support, which ensures smooth operations throughout the region.
Key Responsibilities:
• Produce correspondence and meeting documents
• Liaise with suppliers and clients for timely support
• Maintain efficient databases and records
• Process accounts payable and rectify discrepancies
• Assist payroll and HR functions as required
Requirements:
• Solid knowledge of administrative procedures
• Proficient with GP Dynamics and Microsoft Office
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Excellent problem-solving capabilities
• Availability to travel within the assigned region
