A leading not-for-profit childcare provider in Sarnia is seeking a One to One Counsellor for the Saredaca Day Camp. The ideal candidate will provide direct support to children with special needs, manage behavioral incidents, and ensure effective communication with camper families. Applicants should have experience working with children, a current Emergency First Aid certification, and a commitment to the YMCA’s core values.

This role offers a compensation of $18.30/hour, a complimentary YMCA membership, and a supportive team environment.
