Position: Healthcare Finance Controller Role
Become a pivotal part of our healthcare finance team as a Controller, directly reporting to the CFO. Oversee internal reporting and manage the accounting staff effectively.

This Controller position is essential for ensuring accurate financial practices and reporting across various divisions. You will supervise accounting professionals, handle complex revenue entries, and uphold compliance with established accounting standards.

Your role will also involve preparing monthly reports, reviewing payments, and engaging with the CFO on financial anomalies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise the senior accounting team’s operations

• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and policies

• Prepare monthly and year-end financial reports

• Monitor Capex-like expenditures against budgets

• Assist site staff with various financial needs

Requirements:

• 10+ years in accounting with supervisory experience

• Proven experience as a Controller or similar role

• Strong accounting principles and procedures knowledge

• Preferably possess a CPA designation

• Leadership and mentoring skills essential
