Your role involves processing transactions and recommending solutions to foster customer relationships while following compliance standards.
As a Customer Experience Associate in Personal & Commercial Banking, you will handle essential financial transactions such as deposits and bill payments. You will assess customer needs and promote appropriate banking solutions while ensuring adherence to TD’s Code of Conduct and Ethics.
Key Responsibilities:
• Process transactions accurately for deposits and withdrawals
• Recommend banking solutions based on customer needs
• Resolve customer concerns using established procedures
• Promote banking solutions to achieve goals
• Collaborate with team members to enhance customer service
Requirements:
• High school diploma and 1 year of experience
• Undergraduate degree is a plus
• Proficient in MS Office applications
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
