In this position, you’ll manage customer interactions within the Personal & Commercial Banking division. Candidates must possess strong planning and organizational skills, alongside expertise in MS Office.
Your role is vital in ensuring customer satisfaction while promoting suitable banking products and maintaining a diverse work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Process deposits, withdrawals, and bill payments accurately
• Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate banking solutions
• Resolve customer concerns using established procedures
• Promote banking solutions to achieve business goals
• Connect personally with customers on banking processes
Requirements:
• High School diploma with 1 year relevant experience
• Undergraduate degree is an asset
• Proficient in MS Office and internet usage
• Detail-oriented with strong time-management skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
Excel in delivering exceptional customer experiences while supporting banking excellence in Sarnia.
