Key Responsibilities:
• Process deposits, withdrawals, and bill payments accurately
• Recommend personalized banking solutions based on client needs
• Resolve customer concerns using standard procedures
• Achieve business goals through effective promotions of banking services
• Foster a collaborative and positive team environment
Requirements:
• High School diploma with 1+ years of relevant experience
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent is a plus
• Proficient in MS Office and internet applications
• Strong planning, organizational, and time management skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
