Lead inspection operations as Operations Manager at Echo NDE in a hybrid setting. Emphasize your technical expertise in API and NDE inspections while delivering exceptional service to clients.
At Echo NDE, you will oversee inspection projects and coordinate technical staff in the field and office. Your responsibilities include managing resources, enhancing employee performance, and ensuring compliance with safety programs. This position requires an understanding of financial reports and effective client engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
• Ensure efficient service delivery in technical areas
• Enhance team performance through coaching and mentorship
• Manage operational expenses and budgets effectively
• Perform regular site visits to monitor project status
• Approve training recommendations and operational policies
Requirements:
• API Certifications, ideally including API 510/570/653
• Background in NDT with relevant certifications
• Strong skills in leadership and interaction
• Excellent communication and analytical skills
• Proficient in Microsoft applications
