Blue Grass Ltd needs a Landscape Construction Foreman to oversee commercial landscaping projects. You'll manage multiple crews, ensuring adherence to high-quality standards and timelines while guiding your team through training and operational tasks. Key Responsibilities:
• Organize and assign daily tasks for multiple crews
• Supervise crew members while participating in operations
• Train personnel in landscaping and equipment best practices
• Ensure customer expectations are met through clear communication
• Document work plans, progress, and OH&S compliance
Requirements:
• 5 years of experience in landscape construction
• 3 years in a leading role
• Must have a Class 5 Driver’s License
• Experience with skid steers and excavators
• Comprehensive knowledge of safety policies
