What will you do?- Learn and grow as a valuable contributor to a team that cares about Reliance and its customers.
- Collaborate with local managers to plan, budget and deliver on P & L targets.
- Ensure staffing plans are forecast, updated and delivered to maximize customer service and meet service commitments.
- Measure, monitor, and drive achievement of all operational metrics and provide appropriate reporting and analysis.
- Lead and support the development of a growth‑through‑service mentality that drives customer satisfaction and future business growth.
- Coach and manage a team of technical professionals to maximize performance, engagement and achievement of objectives.
- Drive excellence through third‑party partners by identifying, selecting, and negotiating agreements that align with Reliance’s strategy and goals; manage these relationships to ensure delivery of key metrics and standards.
- Perform regular reviews of cost, quality, safety, and productivity metrics; set plans and execute effectively to drive optimal performance of operations and third‑party partners through goal setting, observation, coaching, and reviews.
- Partner and collaborate with stakeholders (e.g., Quality, Project Management, Training, HR, Regulatory) to continually improve team performance.
- Drive a destination of choice for team members, customers and third‑party partners by setting a standard of service excellence and engaging all parties to support this standard.

- At least 5 years of experience in the HVAC industry with technical knowledge of HVAC equipment.
- 3–5 years of successful operational leadership experience aligned with formalized corporate objectives.
- Ability to unlock the full potential of technical professionals through development and leadership.
- Track record of retaining and attracting top talent.
- Strong competitive awareness and the ability to coach accordingly.
- Initiative to introduce new programs that drive further growth.
- Ability to align corporate goals with individual objectives.
- Strong self‑awareness, emotional intelligence, and excellent verbal and written communication skills.
