Lead Care Partners’ nursing and support team as Operations Manager in Sarnia. Focus on operations, case management, and staff development to enhance client services in a temporary contract role. - Provide training and coaching to management teams
- Conduct service audits and recommend improvements
- Ensure compliance with relevant legislation and policies
- Facilitate health and safety initiatives within the branch
- Liaise with community agencies for service delivery feedback
- RN or RPN degree/diploma with current CNO registration
- 3-6 years in a leadership role with demonstrated success
- Solid communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Valid driver's license and access to a vehicle
