Take charge as a Supervisor for Janitorial Services with GDI Services (Canada) LP. This full-time role ensures safety and quality while guiding and training on-site staff.
The Supervisor position operates from Monday to Friday between 1:30 PM and 10:00 PM. You will oversee the janitorial crew, delegate tasks, and handle employee performance with integrity.
Your role involves conducting inspections and responding to customer complaints, ensuring a clean environment that exceeds expectations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Train and supervise janitorial staff on site
• Assign work areas and shifts appropriately
• Address performance issues and document findings
• Inspect job sites for quality assurance
• Manage cleaning supplies inventory efficiently
Requirements:
• 3+ years of preferred janitorial supervisory experience
• Detail-oriented with strong judgment skills
• High integrity in employee relations
• Ability to work independently
• Clear background check required
