As a key leader at Pro Mart, you will direct the detailing team and ensure that all projects align with industry standards and client expectations. You’ll manage the end-to-end detailing process, from initial drawing assessments to final delivery of metal fabrications. This position requires an expert who can navigate between leadership and technical tasks, ultimately enhancing the detailing department's effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee operations of the detailing department every day

• Mentor and develop detailing staff to ensure best practices

• Coordinate detailing timelines with project requirements

• Review and validate the accuracy of shop drawings

• Lead technical accuracy checks for models and drawings

Requirements:

• 7+ years’ experience in structural steel detailing

• Proven supervisory skills in a detailing setting

• In-depth knowledge of SDS2 software functionalities

• Familiar with CSA, CWB, and AISC guidelines

• Strong organizational and multi-project management capabilities
