Dietary Aide Position at S&R Group

Join S&R Group as a Dietary Aide and help serve our Residents with nutritious meals.

Your role contributes to a comforting culinary atmosphere vital to community life.

In this position at our Long Term Care homes, you will ensure each Resident enjoys mealtime through attentive service and meal preparation. As a Dietary Aide, you’ll engage with Residents, support special events, and keep the dining area clean and inviting. Your efforts will greatly enhance the dining experience and overall quality of life for our Residents.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve attractive and nutritious meals to Residents

• Connect with Residents to enhance their dining experience

• Maintain cleanliness of kitchen and dining areas

• Assist in food preparation and sanitation of workspace

• Participate in special events like summer barbeques

Requirements:

• Certification in Food Safety Awareness Course

• Previous experience in healthcare or hospitality

• Valid Vulnerable Sector Screening (VSS) check

• Current TB 2 Step screening within the past year
