The Bartender role is pivotal in delivering exceptional service at Gateway Casinos. This part-time position requires strong bartending skills, alongside a passion for customer interaction and teamwork. Key Responsibilities:
• Ensure excellence in customer service at the bar
• Prepare beverages following high-quality standards
• Provide feedback on products and guest preferences
• Engage with guests to promote events and specials
Requirements:
• Minimum two years bartending experience in high-volume settings
• Certification:
Serving It Right/Proserve/Smart Serve
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
• Must be at least 19 years old in BC, 18 in Alberta
• Sensitive and skilled in guest interactions
