The Contribution You’ll bring to this Role:

As an Inside Sales Representative, you'll play a key role in supporting our outside sales team across the USA and Canada and driving growth in North America. Your responsibilities include handling incoming customer calls and simple quotes, managing spare parts sales, and increasing rental revenue by optimizing fleet usage. You'll also support online chat inquiries, assist with the Order-to-Shipment process, and work with Technical Support, Engineering, and Sales to ensure customers receive accurate product documentation.

Your role involves organizing and executing projects to achieve clear, successful outcomes.

In this role, you will report directly to the General Manager, setting the stage for your career to soar! This role is your gateway to opportunities for advancement, with the potential to grow within the organization in 3-5 years as you make meaningful contributions to our organizational goals.

What You’ll Do at Justrite:

This position requires personal leadership and cross-functional team skills to achieve company goals. Must think critically, with creative intuition and clear understanding of actions to meet objectives. Must operate with speed in entrepreneurial spirit while working in a culture of discipline to support development and adherence to standard work.

  • Receive all incoming customer calls, provide appropriate feedback to customers questions and requests. Forward and follow up on all received request from customers
  • Handle simple quotes requests from established distributors that are received via incoming phone calls and website leads.
  • Manage incoming leads, via phone or website, in Sales Force to capture all pertinent information.
  • Handle customer claims, warranty request or concerns. Working together with Sales, Technical Support, Engineering, Operations and administration. Logging the incident in the database and following up until it is resolved.
