Location: Petrolia

Drive Products is in search of a Territory Manager to join our growing team in Alberta. As Territory Manager, you will be responsible for maintaining existing relationships while developing and growing Drive Products Equipment Division with associated brands that include Voth Truck Bodies, Kargo King Roll-Off Systems, Bigmax Roll-Offs, Tradesman Tool Boxes and other world class brands. This role comes with the understanding that growth and development of your assigned territory is a main objective.

Territory Sales Managers can be based anywhere within the specified sales territory, with regular visits to your local Drive Products branch.

Territory Manager, Alberta - Equipment Division

As the Territory Manager, you must strive to maintain current customer relationships while constantly securing new customers with the understanding that growth and development of the assigned territory is a major goal. The Territory Manager must have the ability to become knowledgeable of the assigned territory including;

  • All identified truck equipment product lines
  • Understanding the marketplace and potential for each product along with complementary product lines.

Other responsibilities include contacting new and existing customers to discuss their needs, and to explain how these needs could be met by specific products and services; emphasizing product features based on technical knowledge of product capabilities and limitations.

  • A strong willingness to learn
  • Exceptional Customer Service skills
  • A valid driver’s license
  • Truck Equipment and Hydraulics knowledge an asset
  • Able to build and maintain lasting relationships with customers and sell value
  • Demonstrated time-management / organizational skills within a fast-paced environment
  • Able to prioritize conflicting responsibilities with a detail oriented with excellent problem-solving skills
  • Computer literate with proficiency using basic programs such as Outlook Email, MS Word / Excel / Power Point
  • Organizational skills – ability to build weekly plan and make high number of calls per week with help of manager
  • Ability to travel in assigned territory. Overnight travel as necessary to make requisite sales calls
