Shape the future of SaaS sales as a Sales Team Lead with a focus on home care and disability providers. This role blends closing significant deals with leading a driven sales team.
In this critical role, you'll leverage a minimum of 5 years of B2B SaaS sales experience to excel in a hands-on capacity. You will manage all aspects of the sales cycle and focus on developing your team’s skills as well. Engaging in outbound prospecting, conducting product demonstrations, and applying disciplined pipeline management in Hub Spot will be your daily activities. Deal sizes typically range from $3K to $10K ARR, fostering a high-paced sales atmosphere.
Key Responsibilities:
• Acquire new business from home care and disability providers
• Develop pipeline through strategic outbound efforts
• Perform discovery calls and product demos with key decision-makers
• Handle complete sales cycle efficiently
• Ensure effective use of Hub Spot for pipeline oversight
Requirements:
• 5+ years of experience in B2B SaaS sales
• Proven success in closing high volume SaaS deals
• Experience in leading or mentoring teams
• Capability with Hub Spot and other SaaS tools
• Background in home care or similar sectors preferred
