What you will do:
As a Member Service Consultant (MSC) you will be required to provide exceptional experiences to our members. Your responsibilities include: selling memberships and merchandise, making car rental reservations, taking passport photos, issuing International Driving Permits, and educating members on travel insurance options.
Qualifications:- 2-3 years of customer service and sales experience in a retail environment
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Completed TICO certification or willing to complete
- Available to work flexible store operation hours
- Post‑secondary education in Travel and Tourism, or a related field, is a strong asset
