Position: Sales Associate for Print Services
Become a key contributor to our Print & Services team as a Sales Associate.

Your role will focus on enhancing customer experiences and meeting their needs through informed service.

In this position, you'll proactively engage customers, using your selling skills to enhance satisfaction and loyalty. You’ll collaborate with store leaders to achieve sales goals and develop an understanding of all products and services offered. Ensuring compliance with health and safety standards is also essential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver exceptional customer service and support

• Process transactions including shipping services

• Manage customer order intake and pickup

• Stock and maintain print machines effectively

• Ensure accurate merchandising and signage in print areas

Requirements:

• Retail experience of 3 months to 1 year preferred

• Strong communication and customer service abilities
