As a Member Services Consultant, you will engage with members using your customer service and sales experience in a retail setting. This role requires the ability to sell memberships, make car rental reservations, take passport photos, and issue International Driving Permits. You’ll also educate members on travel insurance options to ensure they have a seamless travel experience.
Key Responsibilities:
• Sell memberships and merchandise to Members
• Make car rental reservations accurately
• Take passport photos for Members
• Issue International Driving Permits timely
• Educate Members on travel insurance options
Requirements:
• 2–3 years of retail customer service and sales
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• TICO certification completion or willingness to pursue
• Availability for flexible store hours
• Post-secondary education in Travel and Tourism preferred
