As the Field Sales Manager, you will work under the District Sales Manager to execute outside sales strategies and maintain relationships with clients. You'll conduct market evaluations, ensure optimal display setups, and respond to account needs while adhering to Red Bull's standards. Key Responsibilities:
• Execute outside sales on assigned client routes
• Enhance product visibility through strategic displays
• Maintain equipment in compliance with standards
• Analyze competition and adapt strategies accordingly
• Meet goals for sales and distribution monthly
Requirements:
• Clean Driver’s License is mandatory
• Background in sales or account management is a plus
• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds of products
• Strong English skills; other languages are an asset
• Must meet legal age requirements
