Mechanical maintenance supervisor needed for Lubecore International Inc

• Recommend measures to improve productivity
• Resolve work problems, provide technical advice and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality
• Supervise workers and projects
• Co-ordinate and schedule activities
• Train or arrange for training
• Estimate costs and materials
• Ensure health and safety regulations are followed
• Recommend personnel actions
• Requisition or order materials, equipment and supplies
• Establish methods to meet work schedules and co-ordinate work activities with other work units
• Provide on-site services
• Supervising installation of automated lubrication systems (ALS)
• Overseeing mechanical system diagnostics and maintenance
• Coordinating field installation crews
• Ensuring compliance with industrial equipment standard

Supervision: 3-4 people, Lubrication system technicians, Field service technicians

Salary: $44.00 hourly / 40 hours per week
